Noon Energy and Sabanci Renewables Partner on Ultra-LDES Deployment in the U.S.

Noon Energy and Sabanci Renewables have partnered to deploy up to 1 GW / 100 GWh of Ultra-Long Duration Energy Storage (Ultra-LDES) for AI infrastructure in the United States.

As part of the partnership, the projects will combine Noon Energy’s modular battery systems, designed for 100+ hours of energy storage, with Sabancı Renewables’ renewable generation assets to provide firm, around-the-clock power for data centers.

The planned projects aim to enable data centers to combine standalone power generation and energy storage, reducing reliance on the grid and providing greater energy independence. By integrating long-duration storage with renewable generation, the partnership seeks to support the growing demand for reliable, clean power driven by the expansion of AI infrastructure.

The deployment also marks a new step in the collaboration between Noon Energy and Sabanci Climate Ventures, one of Noon Energy’s investors. The partnership supports Sabanci Renewables’ ambition to develop 3 GW of renewable energy supply in the United States, with Noon’s Ultra-LDES technology playing a role in enabling reliable, around-the-clock clean power.
