Head of Human Resources
Ozge Acar serves as Head of Human Resources at Sabancı Climate Technologies, where she leads the company's people strategy across its renewable energy and climate technology businesses in the United States. Since 2025, she has been responsible for aligning talent and organizational strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and establishing scalable HR processes to support the company's rapid growth. She oversees talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and HR governance while ensuring alignment with Sabancı Holding's global HR strategy.
Prior to joining Sabancı Climate Technologies, Ms. Acar spent more than eleven years at Enerjisa Enerji and Enerjisa Uretim, one of Türkiye's leading energy companies, where she held progressively senior roles in Reward Management, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. She led strategic initiatives in total rewards, organizational design, succession planning and performance management, playing a key role in developing modern people practices across the organization.
Ms. Acar holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bahçeşehir University and a Master's degree in Economics from Yıldız Technical University.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ms. Acar enjoys traveling, discovering different cultures, and gaining new perspectives through global experiences. She is also committed to an active lifestyle and regularly participates in fitness and sports activities.
With over a decade of experience in strategic human resources, she is recognized for building people strategies that support business growth, organizational transformation, and high-performing teams in the energy sector.
