The FCL program has been an incredible opportunity to apply many of the technologies and methods I have learned through my education and research to Sabanci Renewables’ operational power plants.
I was able to apply my technical background in new ways, bringing analytical rigor to complex investment options while gaining an invaluable perspective on how early-stage climate tech is evaluated and what drives startup success.
Not only did I immerse myself in the world of coding and AI, but I also had the opportunity to do so within the context of renewable energy. My experience strengthened my market knowledge and technical expertise, which makes me excited for what’s to come.
What made it especially meaningful is that sustainability and renewable energy are a genuine passion of mine, so being able to visit sites and see exactly where our work was going was incredibly rewarding. This experience has really solidified my desire to pursue a career in renewable energy.
